The e-Licensing Service Platform is the Transport Department's new electronic licensing platform that centralizes license applications and driving records. Access the e-Licensing website via a browser, currently available through iAM Smart (required for all Hong Kong residents).

The main interface shows registered licenses and vehicles, with five sections: Driver, Vehicle, e-Permits, e-Contact, and Licensing Office Locations. While various services are offered, most redirect to GovHK websites for actual processing. Yet it saves time searching on the Internet, which many find more convenient than before.

Additional features coming in Q2 next year will include auto-fill forms, application status tracking, driving test appointments, and permit information lookup.
